We can include everything needed for completion of your job, from the glass master, custom graphics, CSS Copy Protection, and silk-screen printing to retail ready packaging and fulfillment. (minimum of 500 pieces for glass master replication).   

Your material is silkscreened onto the disc face (see video below).  All full color jobs utilize a white color flood as a base coat to ensure all colors appear as intended (requires 5 films).  Off-set printing on disc face is also available. Our graphic templates allow you to layout your printing design.

Note:  All material must conform to our Code of Ethics; see below. Each job must be accompanied by a signed copyright authorization.  See below for both documents.

• Normal Turnaround:  discs only 3-5 Days; discs and custom packaging - 9-12 Days. Day following receipt of master, graphics and deposit is considered Day Zero (0).
• Quick turnaround options: 3-day - add $.10 per disc •  1-day add $.10 per disc + $800. Day of receipt of master, graphics and deposit is   considered Day Zero (0).
• Manufacturing tolerance: Allow up to +/-10% overage or underage per order; final invoice will reflect accurate number of discs delivered.
• Customer supplied inserts, booklets, tray cards and/or film must conform to AV Media specifications posted on this website.  Please ensure a 10% overage on all customer supplied printed materials.
• Silkscreen / Offset charge:  Included in our price quote
• Color Key: A proof (CMYK) is required where customer supplies film.
• PMS Colors:  Special custom PMS colors extra.
